At the Loveprint, we are dedicated to ensuring an easy and stress-free ordering process. Most invitation orders take 3-4 weeks from start to finish. This includes receiving your personalization details, working with your designer on revisions, and receiving/approving your hard copy proof and production. Other printed stationery orders such as save the dates and day-of items take about 1 week, including digital proofing.
We recommend that you order your invitations 5 months before your wedding. This allows enough time for your suites to be designed, produced, and shipped, for your guests to reply, and to gather your final guest count for your caterer and other vendors before your wedding day.
1. Submit your details
After you place your order, fill out our details form.
This will allow us to collect all of your wedding details so that we can personalize your wedding suite. Here you'll be able to communicate any customizations such as wording, color, and/or fonts.
For envelope addressing, if you didn't upload your excel file during checkout, you can send your excel file to your designer directly.
2. Review digital proof
After your details are received, your first digital proof will be emailed to you by your designer within 2–3 business days. You can communicate any revisions or specific details you want to change during this phase. We provide unlimited digital proofs to make sure it's absolutely perfect!
3. Review hard copy proof (Invitation orders only)
Once your digital proof is perfected, we will send you a hard copy proof of your wedding invitation suite by mail. This step ensures that you see exactly what your invitation suite will look like—from the paper you chose to the colors of every detail—before you approve it for production.
4. Your order goes to print!
Once you approve your hard copy proof, your order will go into production. Most invitation orders will take 7-10 business days of production time after you approve your design. Save the Dates and Day-of items take 3-5 business days of production time after you approve your design.
