BEFORE DESIGN APPROVAL
If you haven't approved your digital proof and are unhappy, your order can be canceled and fully refunded within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, refunds will be processed as store credit.
AFTER DESIGN APPROVAL
If you’ve already approved your hard copy proof, we cannot offer a refund or make any changes to the printed items of your order since approved orders go immediately into production. However, contact us if you would like to make a color change to an element that isn't printed. We should be able to accommodate the change if it's within 3 days of when you approved your order.
ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We are committed to making sure you absolutely love your wedding stationery and are happy to work with you to solve any issues. However, because stationery is printed specifically for you, we do not offer any refunds for completed orders.
If your stationery arrives with a typo that was approved during the proofing process, a discounted reprint fee will be offered for your convenience.

Samples cannot be returned. Please contact us if there is an issue with your sample order.
